Better Homes: success story of a U.S. homebuilder.

There’s something deeply human about imagining your own home.
That almost automatic thing we do when we see a floor plan, a model, or a render: “That’s where I’d put the couch.” “That would be my kitchen.”.

Better Homes 4 U understood that—and turned it into a purpose.

When they came to Lab9, they didn’t just bring an idea or a brand. They brought a way of thinking about housing: modern, functional, sustainable—and most importantly, people-centered.

“We want people to see what we do. But also to feel it,” they told us.

That was the starting point.

A website that doesn’t feel like a website

Instead of thinking of it as a standard company site, we imagined it as a digital home.
Something you don’t just click through—you live, explore, and inhabit..

That’s why we created an immersive experience with 360° virtual tours, where you can walk through spaces that don’t even physically exist yet. You look around, enter the kitchen, glance up at the sky from the patio. You’re there. From your laptop. From your phone. Without moving an inch.

Because Better Homes 4 U doesn’t just sell houses—they sell a vision. And our job was to give that vision a digital form.

Design with purpose—not templates

In web development, there are two paths:
➡ The fast and generic one (copy, paste, publish)
➡ And the challenging, customized one (understand, prototype, build)

We always choose the second.
With the Better Homes team, we did exactly that:
🔸 Functional prototypes.
🔸 Human-centered navigation architecture (not just for search engines).
🔸 Aesthetics aligned with their values: clean, solid, warm.
🔸 And a fully custom WordPress structure—no catalog templates, no technical limits.

The result: a site that doesn’t fight for attention but invites calm exploration.

More than a portfolio: a living space.

We created a dedicated section to showcase their completed projects—not as a cold catalog of finished buildings, but as a proudly built timeline. Each project has its own story, its own style, its own signature.

We also optimized everything so that uploading new developments is easy, fast, and intuitive. Because a good website isn’t just what users see—it’s also how the brand manages it from within.

What do you build when you build it right?

What we built with Better Homes wasn’t just a digital product. It was a way to translate architecture into experience.
From concrete to code.
From blueprint to click.
From render to walkthrough.

And that doesn’t come from plugins or AI.
It comes from listening, understanding, and co-creating.

So, what now?

Now the website is live. Breathing. Moving. Receiving visits every day. And each one of those visits is someone imagining a new life. A new home. A new story.

That’s what we love most about what we do at Lab9: Every project is unique—but they all have one thing in common: People with ideas that deserve to be well told, well shown, and well experienced.

And if we can turn that into a digital experience, then we’re doing our job right.
