Each case challenged us, helped us grow, and allowed us to make a significant impact in diverse sectors such as agriculture, logistics, textile design, and sustainability. Here\u2019s everything, project by project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IICA: Comprehensive redesign for rural development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) approached us, they had a clear mission: to revamp their website to enhance user experience and ensure their vast amount of information was accessible and easy to navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we did:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designed and developed an optimized UX\/UI interface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Migrated content from their previous site, including translations into multiple languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implemented a responsive design to guarantee a flawless experience on any device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A renewed website that reflects the impact of IICA\u2019s technical cooperation in 34 member states, with a user experience that prioritizes clarity, usability, and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pampa Ind\u00edgena: real-time customized designs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pampa Ind\u00edgena wanted to transform the way graduates and athletes design their apparel. The solution? An interactive landing page that combines creativity and practicality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we did:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designed a platform where users can create and visualize their designs in real time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developed animations of garments rotating 360\u00ba for an immersive experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Built a system that connects the designs directly to their database, facilitating personalized quotes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A simpler, faster, and more engaging design process that strengthens the connection between Pampa Ind\u00edgena and its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">iFlow: logistics efficiency at another level<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge with iFlow was ambitious: to improve their internal logistics management systems across four countries and optimize communication with suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we did:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluated and unified their WMS, OMS, and TMS tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designed a new cross-docking TMS system and a Logistic Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now operating more efficiently than ever, iFlow manages 300 vehicles daily, revolutionizing last-mile logistics across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharyco: innovation in employee experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharyco came with a disruptive vision: a corporate app that rewards employees for sustainable and charitable actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we did:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designed and developed a complete MVP, including administrative dashboards for companies and NGOs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implemented a platform that promotes sustainable and charitable activities, offering benefits for employees and partner brands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With 50% active users in initial tests, Sharyco is leading the shift towards a more engaged and sustainable workplace experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schweppes: A website to elevate every round<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweppes sought an innovative website for their \"Elevate Every Round\" golf sweepstakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we did:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Created a website from scratch with interactive animations and a responsive design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designed custom illustrations that perfectly captured the essence of the brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fun and functional digital experience that attracted thousands of users, exceeding Schweppes\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Carlota: High-Quality meat, digitalized<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge with La Carlota was clear: to bring their meat supermarket into the digital world with an e-commerce platform that excelled in both design and functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we did:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designed a UX\/UI website featuring a product catalog, shopping cart, and recipe section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimized SEO to improve search engine visibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A robust and attractive e-commerce site that not only increased sales but also solidified La Carlota as a digital leader in its market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ending the year on a high note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This year at Lab9, we had the privilege of collaborating with brands and organizations that trust technology and design to achieve their goals. From web solutions for agricultural development to apps that transform the workplace experience, every project was an opportunity to innovate and grow alongside our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey in 2024!
