Business context sheet
The base document that improves any interaction with AI.
Four live sessions to move from casual to professional use of AI in your business: what to delegate, how to ask, how to protect data and how to automate a first workflow.
who it is for
program
Every lesson includes live execution in Claude, with short assignments between sessions.
Session 1
What AI fluency is, its four competencies and how they combine. You build your business context sheet and tour Claude: chat, projects, connectors and approval levels.
Session 2
The model’s strengths and limits, a hallucination provoked on purpose, and the PROCESO framework in three steps: from a vague request to a full prompt and iteration with a success criterion.
Session 3
A lab with anonymization, a data traffic light, ambiguous cases to discuss and a three-level autonomy map to decide how much to delegate.
Session 4
You design an automated workflow with Claude, test it with verification and finish with your AI usage policy and a 30-day plan.
