The most notable cases of the year: projects that marked 2024.

The year is ending, and we couldn't stop sharing a review of the most important projects we carried out at Lab9 during these 12 months. Each case challenged us, made us grow and allowed us to leave a significant mark in sectors as diverse as agriculture, logistics, textile design and sustainability. Here we tell you everything, project by project.

IICA: comprehensive redesign for rural development.

When the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) sought us out, they had a clear mission: to renew their website to improve the user experience and ensure that their vast information was accessible and easy to navigate.

What we did:

  • We design and develop an optimized UX/UI interface.
  • We migrated content from your previous site, including translations into multiple languages.
  • We implement a responsive design to guarantee a flawless experience on any device.

Result:

A renewed website that reflects the impact of IICA's technical cooperation in 34 member states, with a user experience that prioritizes clarity, usability and efficiency.

Indigenous Pampa: personalized designs in real time.

Pampa indigenous wanted to transform the way graduates and athletes design their clothing. The solution? An interactive landing page that combines creativity and practicality.

What we did:

  • We designed a platform where users can create and view their designs in real time.
  • We develop animations of garments rotating 360º for an immersive experience.
  • We built a system that connects designs directly to your database, facilitating personalized pricing.

Result:

A simpler, faster and more attractive design process that enhances the connection between Pampa indigenous and its clients.

iFlow: logistics efficiency at another level.

The challenge with iFlow was ambitious: improve its internal logistics management systems in four countries and optimize communication with suppliers.

What we did:

  • We survey and unify your WMS, OMS and TMS tools.
  • We designed a new crossdocking TMS system and a Logistics Manager.

Result:

iFlow now operates more efficiently than ever, managing 300 vehicles daily and revolutionizing last mile logistics across the region.

Sharyco: innovation in the employee experience.

Sharyco came with a disruptive vision: a corporate app that rewards employees for sustainable and supportive actions.

What we did:

  • We design and develop a complete MVP that includes administration dashboards for companies and NGOs.
  • We implement a platform that promotes sustainable and supportive activities, with benefits for employees and associated brands.

Result:

With 50% active users in initial testing, Sharyco is leading the charge toward a more engaged and sustainable work experience.

Schweppes: a website to elevate each round.

Schweppes was looking for an innovative website for its "Elevate Every Round" golf giveaway.

What we did:

  • We create a website from scratch with interactive animations and a responsive design.
  • We designed custom illustrations that perfectly captured the essence of the brand.

Result:

A fun and functional digital experience that attracted thousands of users, more than meeting Schweppes' expectations.

La Carlota: quality meat, digitized.

The challenge with La Carlota was clear: take its meat supermarket to the digital world through an e-commerce that stood out in both design and functionality.

What we did:

  • We designed a UX/UI website with a product catalog, shopping cart and a recipe section.
  • We optimize SEO to improve your visibility in search engines.

Result:

A robust and attractive e-commerce that not only increased sales, but also consolidated La Carlota as a digital leader in its market.

Ending the year on the right foot.

This year, at Lab9, we had the privilege of collaborating with brands and organizations that rely on technology and design to achieve their goals. From web solutions for agricultural development to apps that transform the work experience, each project was an opportunity to innovate and grow together with our clients.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey in 2024! We say goodbye with enthusiasm, ready to face new challenges in 2025.
