In the dynamic world of project development, two roles often cause confusion: the Project Manager (PM) and the Product Manager. Although both are fundamental pieces to the success of a project, their responsibilities, approaches and key skills have some significant differences.

Collaboration and synergy between both roles.

Despite their differences, the PM and the Product Manager work closely to ensure that a project is carried out in the best way possible. The PM implements the strategy defined by the Product Manager, and the latter relies on the PM's experience for product planning and execution. This collaboration allows us to take advantage of the skills of both roles and create a product that satisfies and lives up to the needs of the market, in addition to obviously meeting the expectations of a company.

Although in the title we put a versus between both, this does not mean that one role is better than the other. These are two different, but complementary, roles that, from their place, contribute and help contribute to the success of your projects.
