Symptom 1
The pilot that died
Someone tried a tool, it worked “sort of”, nobody adopted it and you were left feeling AI is not for you.
Three to four weeks to know, with evidence, where your organization stands, what is worth doing with AI and in what order. It ends in a 90-day plan with owners and numbers.
the real problem
When leadership says “we need to do something with AI”, everyone at the table pictures something different. Nothing gets decided, or it gets decided badly. Three symptoms you will probably recognize:
Symptom 1
Someone tried a tool, it worked “sort of”, nobody adopted it and you were left feeling AI is not for you.
Symptom 2
Many of your people already use AI at work, with personal accounts and company data. Nobody decided it: it just happened.
Symptom 3
They offer to “automate everything” without looking at a single process of yours. The risk is buying a solution for a problem you do not have.
how it works
Understand
Interviews with leadership and key areas, a survey of the most time-consuming processes and an inventory of systems and data. Leadership also defines what it will do with the productivity gains AI generates.
Analyze
We measure organizational maturity across six dimensions, build the full set of opportunities classified with the 4A Framework and assess whether to buy, integrate or build each one.
Design
We prioritize by real return, define the first 2 or 3 initiatives with metrics, build the 90-day roadmap and draft a minimum set of rules to use AI responsibly from day one.
Decide
We walk through the assessment, present the plan and ask for a concrete decision on where to start. The Sprint does not implement: it assesses and plans, and its success is measured in clarity and alignment.
what you get
Where the organization stands in strategy, data, technology, people, governance and processes, and the bottleneck that sets the pace for everything else.
Which initiatives have real return and which are noise, with verified data feasibility and a preliminary business case.
Where to start, who owns each milestone and how it is measured. It includes appointing internal AI champions.
What can and cannot be done with data and tools from day one, starting with leadership’s stance on productivity gains.
Who needs to learn what, and when. Differentiated by role: not everyone needs the same depth.
Whether to continue with implementation, an AI director or both, with a preliminary scope so the decision is immediate.

FAQs
About scope, timing and what happens after the Sprint.
Between 5 and 8 interviews with leadership and area leads, plus access to information on processes, systems and data. We do the rest of the work.
No. It assesses and plans. Implementation is the next step (AI7) and is decided with the plan in hand.
With the 90-day plan you can execute with your team, with ours through AI7, or add a Fractional AI Director to lead execution. None of these is mandatory.
Yes. It can be remote, hybrid or on-site, whatever works best for your organization.
